Nope, it's all electronically controlled and automatic. You can see it on the monitor but cannot engage or disengage it manually.

Another way to visually check is to slide underneath the vehicle and look on top of the rear differential, you should see an attached actuator with wiring harness...If you don't have the rear locker, the wiring won't be there.
