It was simple. You stated they were not as advertised. You did not have to pay for return postage as they lied on advertisement. You just had to ask for a refund and for the wheels to be collected. As I said above, if he had not complied then the resolution centre would have resolved this for you. This is how these dodgy Ebay dealers make their money, most people just can't be bothered to use the channels available to them and compromise with these poor traders.

May be I should had checked my rights better.There were also the first transportation expenses I was worried about.

In my experience you would have also been entitled to a refund of this expense too.
