How that was repaired? I wasnt aware repairs to sidewalls could be done? If the slit is down to the fabric below, surely the tyre is scrap?

Hi Stuart. The cut isn't deep. I can take a more detailed image but it won't show much. I was advised it was purely cosmetic and not detrimental to the tyre wall. Shallow. Has some form of glue. The tyre has held pressure for the year I've had them in storage. I could always get a second opinion from the local LR dealership however I'm confident in SixOneTwo's reputation and repair service. Any other advice on the matter is welcomed.

Bottom buck is £1000 especially with the additional £ invested in sourcing the brand new, boxed spare.

The cut in the sidewall is cosmetic and was mainly the curbing rib doing its job.
