Still haven't purchased our RRS yet, as still deciding which model to go for, but will be a 2006-08 model when we do, found some reasonably priced front and rear bumpers/lights from a 2010 model, but will these fit straight on the older model 2006-08?

Welcome to the forum - rear bumper is almost a straight swap except for the parking sensors & wiring loom - front one I'm afraid is a major piece of work - lights - wings - front grill - side vents - wheel arch liners - parking sensors - wiring loom - ACC bracket ( if fitted ) bumper docking components. There is a site sponsor who does the work to enable the newer looking bumpers to go straight onto the older MY Sports but this does not allow the newer lights to be fitted some of the members have had it done & it does look very good.

I converted mine using a fella called Dean on tel: 07428 553256.

He's an ex Landy type who works on his own now and converts any version of '05-'09 front lights, he did mine and they look the bomb!

eBay item no is eBay Item No. 291055133283 for spec, he generally has the lights in stock for an exchange by post too, and will match any type of headlight you have fitted, plus they're really easy (too easy) to fit!

Hi J2D i have just completed mine and it is very easy to do I have fitted a complete front end with new head lamps 2012 , new wings and new front and rear bumpers , if you go for the newer facelift you will need new wings, the latest head lamps , new front and wing grills , plus the newer parking sensors and looms which I'm sure one of the members can supply you with it only took me a day to complete I have even fitted the 2012 rear roof spoiler after speaking to peachy a man of great knowledge I have put some pics up have a look and see what you think be kind as it's my first time , happy days fozzer

I'm not sure if you can get a HST kit for a face lift I'm sure some of the lads on here will be able to advise you about that as this is my first RRS and mine is a SE model with lot of extras on it happy days

the HST became the Autobiography you can adapt the lights to give them the LED look & purhase aftermarket vents & grill - that will allow you too keep your bumpers / HST kit.  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............
