First off id like to say thanks to everyone for all the great advice I've had on other issues ur all brill!

BUT lol I still need advice again

Car had a service last week no bother but on the way home a few errors came up on the dash (suspension fault, HDC Fault, transmission fault) all the usual gd stuff so did some research on here and decided to swop the battery which cured it for all of two days now there all back but with some bizarre noises before startup also. The car did have a new brake light whilst in for the service which I've read can cause many of issue but as this has been done the only thing that I can think is left to change is the brake switch but would this also cause the funny noises and also putting itself into lower height mode?

Getting very fed up with it now

Was it a genuine bulb they used? Some bulbs even when working cause dash warning lights to come on MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

Hi mate thanks for the reply, wasn't sure what they used so I've swopped both brake bulbs out for Bosch ones on my way home tonite faults still there but getting the ecu reset tomorrow at garage and diognostics done also so fingers crossed. Simon AKA TADDY

Hey guys I've now swoped the brake switch also and all faults are still there with car still stuck in access height as well even though it drives as normal just really low. Any advice? Plz? Lol Simon AKA TADDY

Forgive me if I'm covering old ground - have you tried putting it into extended mode - raise the suspension then lowering - does it work as it should ??? Where is the strange noise coming from - not on the passenger side in front of rear wheel  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

No car doesn't raise n lower and the noise seems to come from under the centre of the car Simon AKA TADDY

Is it a vibrating noise ? - does it make the noise without the engine being turned over ? 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE SOME NUMPTY TECHNICIAN JACKED YOUR CAR UP ON THE SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR BREAKING THE MOUNT AND KILLING THE AIR SUSPENSION PIPES.

It's more like an electric ticking noise if it wasn't for all the fault lights Ide think compressor but they came up shortly before the car locking in access height  Simon AKA TADDY

I see your in the Mansfield area, I am by Junc 25 and use a independent LR garage at Wirksworth, they seem to know there stuff 2006 RRS SC Bonatti Grey (the 55th car/van I have owned)

You need someone who deals with RRS all the time.

Speak to Nick at DLS, I questioned him on a few things and he seemed to be well informed and knowledgeable.

I just had tow electrics fitted there last week.
