Dear forum members, I have been a very happy Land Rover owner for a number of years having had 2 discoveries, an Evoque and more recently a RRS HSE. Now that the proper size Evoque is now here in the form of the RRS 2, I have taken the plunge and will be trading in my RRS next month.
I did not want to get into trying to sell my RRS privately as my dealer did do a good part exchange for me, therefore I wanted to let anyone know if they are looking for a vehicle like mine, it will be in Taunton Landrover in approx 2 weeks time.
The RRS is in Firenze Red and has factory fitted side steps and all round mud flaps and is a MY12 registered in June 2012.
It has only done 7000 miles and is an absolute stunner and I am sure my dealer will sell it without any problems.
The extra items are, privacy glass, grand black lacquer interior trim, heated steering wheel, contrast stitching and 7 pin tow pack electrics (never towed).
Martin Potter is my contact at Taunton and I am sure he will be interested in doing someone a good deal. They can offer all the user dealer finance and for a car of this value, it is possibly easier to buy from a dealer, which is why I decided the simpler option was to part exchange.
I would like to see it go to a new home and providing my build date does not slip, my wife and I will have our new RRS before Easter and our current one will be looking for a new home.
