Plus muddys cost per week would be better the longer he kept it I presume or he got away more. I'm away every 3rd weekend so mine works out even cheaper.

The down side fuel is getting more expensive but if you would drive a sport if you didnt have a caravan it doesn't matter.

As the Storm comes with 10 year water ingress warranty hoping to keep it longer

Also looking at Storage nr Daughter/Oxford now so I am not lugging it up and down at 17-22 mpg any more and should see 30-35 mpg if previous solo trips are anything to go off

You need to visit Northumbria Beautiful place, but don't go in June August or September, i don't fancy been stuck behind a bloody caravan. Better still, keep heading down south...

I have fond memories of my D2's but never towed the caravan with it - used a Landcruiser before though - up to 80 mph with no stabiliser and not a twitch

Go over 60 mph in the RRS with stabiliser and it gets a bit scary - it could be to do with how I can no longer fill the boot with everything the Disco and Landcruiser could swallow
