I apologize in advance for rob two minutes of your time , but I want my experience and my story to prevent anyone else gets hurt like me ...
A couple of months the company acquired in Top Gear Shop ( www.topgear.co.uk ) company dedicated to selling sports equipment for vehicles of various brands , a complete line of exhaust for my TDV8 RRS 3.6 stainless steel ... ago , with very specific characteristics as detailed in the notice published on e- bay ... a lovely escape queues and promising a sporty and elegant sound ... at a price of 850 , against payment in advance ... promising to send the package in a few days ... so far so OK, I made the order page the full amount through pay -pal and within days I received a package at home ... the nasty surprise is that the exhaust they sent me was a totally different model that I bought and did not seem nothing like the photos published ... from this moment and biggest surprise , a nightmare that has communication concerns ... took days to answer emails ... with lame excuses ... if computer problems ... if holiday personally ... promising me to send the correct escape and escape would pick the wrong , they pay the transport costs ... thousands of words and apologize ... but reality 2 months away to fix the error ... I get an email saying that feel much but I can not change the exhaust ... result , I have a leak at home that no use to me and do not want to change ... deep fault is mine , that is what you have to buy on- line or go to stop with unprofessional people ... Now I understand your strategy be so slow in giving me the solution ... they wanted to buy time so as not to place a claim on pay-pal because you only have 45 days to claim ... and not as they have done that I can not even cast my negative feedback on e -bay ...
Comrades, if you have intentions to buy something via on- line , to whom I assure you ... the company you buy Top Gear Shop is not responsible for errors caused by their staff or you give any money back option or anything ...

Lord moderator of this forum , I hope I do not break any rules of the same but I think this information is vital for all ...

If you paid with Paypal, open a dispute. If you haven't timed out, you should get a refund when you have sent the stuff back and can prove it.

I'm not usually a fan of PayPal, but always use it for eBay purchases as they always support the buyer, regardless of what the seller says.
Having been on the selling side when something genuinely went wrong, they weren't interested in what I had to say and just wanted the buyer to get a refund.

that's the problem, you have a time limit for a claim and that I ought to know ... why the seller taking so long to answer, telling me that there was no problem, I would change the exhaust ... but really once the deadline has expired your answers and attitude changed radically ... literally came to tell me he did not think to change the product or reimburse the money ... their strategy was to gain time ...
seller certainly a dangerous ...
