Alloy wheel plasti dip?

Anyone tried to or had there alloy wheels plasti dipped?

I like the idea as I want my alloy wheels doing in gunmetal, but if I don't like them it can simply be peeled off unlike paint or powder coating!

Anyone had an experience of this? Just wondered how they looked and how well it wears over time i.e. with Stone chips and jet wash!

Had the summer wheels on all summer, the winter since October, finish seems to hold up well and it is easy to touch up if needed.

Holds up well to washing, salt, usual road use, of course if you curb it it will scratch, but as said, easy to touch up or redo '08 RRS TDV8

That's great, thank you. Wheels look really well, are they matt black or gunmetal?
