AB exhaust tips, converting petrol for diesel

Hi all, has anyone successfully converted their autobiography petrol exhaust tips to fit on to a diesel model?

I remember reading months ago about a member who did this, but I can't find the post now. I have been offered a fair price on a pair, but worried about buying them.

if I buy a pair of diesel tips, I'm guessing that I'm going to have to modify the original exhaust pipe anyway ?

cheers / Luke Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
DONE: Meduza front bumper, AB rear bumper, AB tailpipes, calipers repainted, rear upper tailgate upgrade, side steps, AB front grille, AB side vents, rear LED lights, clear side repeaters, integrated daytime running lights, LED headlights.
TO DO: color code sills and pillars.

i asked my local mot center and they said it's not a problem vis-a-vis the test, but as for the smoke then yes that may annoy the cabriolet behind me during the summer Smile Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.

They were just Overfinch tailpipes with link pipes.

My indi just cut off the downturn part, added the link pipes and attached the tailpipes to them. Didn't take him more than 30 mins or so to do both sides. 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography Cool

sounds very simple. When you say link pipes, I did a search on google and couldn't find any reference to them. did you source them yourself, could you point me in their right direction plz ? cheers Thumbs Up Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.

Hi Jas,
Did you fit these on to an autobiography bumper? The reason I'm asking is because I've been told that if I cut off the downturn part on the exhaust, the exhaust will not fit into the exhaust openings on the bumper as they'll sit too high up. do you know anything about the linkage pipes that your indy used? Recently bought a 2007 RRS HSE TDV6 for a Pimp-My-Ride-Project.
