I have a 2006 Sport. The voice recognition is not working. It's not a mike problem, a Land Rover Garage in the UK has checked the system over and thinks the problem is a traped wire some where within the wiring harness running from the GPS box under the front seat, across the car under the passanger seat. The wires have been identified as one being Red the other Black. I live in a remote part of France and have very little faith in our local RR Dealer Garage!! (in fact they are not interest in looking for the problem). I'm considering trying to solve the problem myself - taking the seats out, taking back the carpeting etc., and having a look round. Now here's the thing....what problems am I likely to run into i.e. Air Bag problems?!?......any advice would be gratefully received!! Andrew Andrew Kennedy

A lot of hassle for a system that's not that good even when it's working properly! As you have to press a button to activate it you may as well press the button to switch on whatever it is you want it to do!
