United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

The IID BT TOOL will update the paddle shift with no problems
May be worth checking the ccf again to make sure it's not been enabled for "radio" in the park auxiliary heat section
Thumbs Up
Think the EUCD is only abled to be configured with MSV2 not IID

Sorted

Thanks for your help guys. I have got it sorted now.

There are 2 areas of the CCF that needed changing.
Enable Timed Climate (Park Heating) on the display. Which I had already done.

There is also another change, I needed to change the heater itself from a standard fuel burning heater (FBH) to a parking heater.

Now works perfectly. Love that IIDTool, such a great bit of kit.

Thanks again guys.

Hi jeffhunt,
Is it easy to find the two changes to make to the CCF? I got the IID tool for Christmas and ordered the receiver and antenna from Dan yesterday. I don't want to mess anything up at my first attempt using the tool.

Hi, myfirstrrs
Do you have the bluetooth version, if so everything is extremely easy using an iPad. The Non bluetooth uses the drivers info screen (in-between the fuel & temp gauge). this just requires more scrolling through the menus.

I haven't got the remote heating (yet) So you will need to make changes to the HVAC-Heat / Cool in the CCF for FBH Call Start, and like me, to change the fuel burning heater from standard to park heating. Not sure if that will add the timed climate to your main screen, but if not it is simple to add it, just activate Timed Climate in the CCF at the same menu location.

This is, or course, assuming that you have a MY2010 - 2011. Not sure if the process is exactly the same for the pre 2010, but there is so much info on here for this subject, also on the Disco3 site.

Out of interest, how much did the receiver & antenna cost?? Do you have a link to Dan?

Fitted my ariel, reciever and paired the remote. Gap 11D tool to set it up which arrived yesterday and it works. Just in time for the cold weather. A wealth of information on this site and the Disco 3 site Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Siberian Silver

Hello All,

Apologies as I am new and new to Range Rover Sport L320, got it in 2019 and it's a beauty, first year 25k miles.

Anyway, I been doing some digging and there are 2 different types of installation:
- manufacturing where the telestart module is connected to an areial tv box
- aftersales where you buy a module and an antenna

I have 3 questions that I hope someone can give some guidance:

- RR and Disco 3 and I believe early L320's use Telestart T90, mine is 2012 so LR says to use T91, question is, can I use T91 LIN? (I know connector is different but easy to create an adaptor)
- Antenna, can I replicate the manufacturing connection? or better just to get the webasto aerial?
- There are god knows how many remotes, will they all work with different units or needs to be specific?

Thank you!
And besides my RRS I also have an RRC from 88 =)
