This site and the members on it are amazing!

Had a billion fault lights and messages flashing on my sport. The thing was going mental! This site lead me to suspect the brake light switch.....and I even found the "how to" guide. Removed the switch n stripped it down. cleaned the sooted up elec connections inside and it's fixed the issue!!!

Obviously only a temp measure....gonna get a new switch.

But just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here coz it's amazing how you all dedicate your time to help others out

Yeap...there is a wealth of knowledge and information on this forum. This is mainly because the members are all sooooo old!

You speak for yourself Jim There are a few of us on here that are still spring chickens.

My first Range Rover was a 2 door, which doesn't might not make me ancient except it was a 1972 model and I bought when it was about a year old I was, of course, very young at the time. when you've not had the pleasure of the plastic seats and tree sized gear stick you haven't lived - but it was 100% reliable.

40 years and 10 Range Rovers later and I still ain't learnt to stop putting my hands in my pockets.
