Depends on how you intend to use them - on/off road, winter, etc |

Avoid Kumho's. Got them on my sport and on certain surfaces they sound like all terrains |

I use the Pirelli Assimetricos (they're now replaced by the Verde - I think) great tyres for all round use. It has a reasonable tread pattern and I found it good in wet fields etc. yet quiet on motorways etc.

I found the General Grabber GT. To be a great tyre on my previous sport. My current one has Toyo Proxes T1 sports and again they are very good and both are sensibly priced |

Mine came with Brand new Nexens when I bought it, they were very slippery in the wet so I would not touch them again. Have Toyos on now and the grip is very impressive. I always used to run Bridgestones on my X5 and they gave me 30k miles with great performance so if you are running standard size and are looking for more of a road tyre that could be worth a look if they do the correct size.
