22'' style 7 wheels + tyres what they worth?

Hey guys I've been offered a brand new set of 22'' style 7 alloy wheels and continental tyres of the new shape range river vogue.

Does anybody know what there worth though?

Guys literally changed them for 23'' over finch wheels apparently

Any thoughts would be great as il probably be buying them to sell on.

Some advice is all i was after yep whats wrong with that? i wont be selling them on here either way.
