Hi, I've got a problem with the phone connectivity with the car. I can connect to the car even shows the the phone book entries but when I dial out there is no sound in either direction then it cuts off. The RRS is an 08 model and after reading other threads I think it has the later software, the phone is a samsung galaxy ace.

or speak with Wiggs, whose offers a blue-tooth exchange program, were you send each other the moduals and get back the latest firmware which i believe fixes some issues
