Idea TO GIVE YOU IDEAS;
I have record about 700 Mbs of MP3's on each CD for Classical, Jazz, Popular New Age etc. for my passengers choice!
(Yeah right, to satisfy a certain lady actually Wink )

Any way I copy the Album folder (with MP3 files without the graphic files) so I may have a Dozen Albums each containing my best pic titles.

This then gives me DAYS & DAYS of music which I think works allot better than the IPOD connect thru auxillary RCA. (Still utilises all CD/stereo controls) hey?

I guess about 100 files/tracks (@ 128 or 192 bps) per file !

Plenty of time to enjoy my RRS baby cruising!

Hi Geoff

Tis is exactly what I've done for my last couple of cars - and will do when the RRS arrives. Did you manage to get the song titles to show up on the display ?

Thanks

No titles on the display. Would be rather helpful when you try to look through 170+ songs. 2006 RRS HSE, Chawton White, Alpaca with Cherry Wood Trim (Luxury Interior Pkg)

The head unit doesn't do anything with the ID3 tags.

Fellow member RRUK also does the same thing... as demonstrated by this from his gallery:

But don't stick labels on as RRUK did - could jam up the player! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
