Any of you new sport people got this vision assist stuff?

My new disco has it (but there aren't many people with them and these toys).

if you have, the reverse park detect thing (to detect cars when your coming out of a bay). Did you need to enable it and/or when does it trigger.

The disco is suppose to have it and ive just tried it when moving cars on the drive and it didn't seem to work - but I don't know what conditions are required.

I had this on an Evoque loaner, seemed to work a little like the blind spot monitoring, don't recall I had to activate anything. ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

GONE:MY12 RRS SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ivory/Grand Black Privacy glass

The manual says activate, but everything's on.

But it might not be the conditions on the drive...it just seems a little vague! Mike

I just know it is established according to the Menu, but i don't know when it gets activated.
I guess we'll only notice it when we need it.

There is a reverse option in the service menu...clearly that's the only thing then - Which is good...only use it when its needed Mike
