Have been a member for a few weeks and thought I should introduce myself!!!!!!!! I've been a land Rover owner for many years and bought my first Range Rover Sport in October last year. I currently own a 3.6tdv8 HST , stornoway grey,which had 28'000 miles on the clock when purchased and cost a pretty penny!! Not a great fan of the sport when it came out and thought they were expensive Chelsea tractors driven by footballers!! However time is a good healer and probably this is the best land Rover I've ever driven, it's powerful,smooth and most of all comfortable, Not a great one for mods etc though as have done with a few land Rovers in the past is to take it for trip to JE Engineering for a remap. It's made a huge difference to an already great vehicle and puts a smile on my face when I boot it!!!!!!!! I've previously owned a Range Rover Classic 3.9, Discovery 300, many Discovery TD5s,Discovery 3 and also 4 Defenders (my favourite being a V8 50 which I should have kept!!!!!).

Joined the site as it's interesting to find cures etc for faults and tips etc. Good old Land Rover can't seem to make one awithout faults apart from the Defender which is a reliable workhorse, and took them 50 years to get that one right !!!!!
