What is this grill and where do I find it? Help!!

Taken a fancy to this grill, but where to I find one and who makes them?

I think it's a colour coded HST grill. MY11 Autobiography supercharged. Santorini Black. Monaco interior. Rear screens. Privacy.
Gone MY08 Supercharged HST. Java black. Ivory premium interior. Rear screens. Privacy. Missed a lot.

Sweetafton, I'm not sure about that, it doesn't look quite right to be an HST grille.

I think it comes part of the APC Range Rover Sport Wide body kit, so not sure it's sold individually...
