Self Level Xenon Problem - Help Please!

Hi guys,

I have a 2008 RRS and only recently (following a replacement of the windscreen and an MOT test) the passenger side xenon always faces down to the floor. During start up when the xenons do the self check, it moves left and right, but not up and down.

Could the motor be 'locked' somehow? Never seen this before, can anybody help? Thanks.
