Hi bit of a strange one, have the OEM alpine changer, only had car a couple of weeks, when I first tested DVD player out it would not play any DVDs , it shows them in the system ready to play, but if you try and play one just says "changing" then back to "no disc". The chap I bought the car from was very surprised to hear this as he had put 2 DVDs and they have always worked. I tested 30 different DVDs with no luck. Very kindly the man I bought car from sent me his DVDs in the post to test and they worked first time!

His DVD is a peppa pig one. I then went and bough some other peppa pig ones and they work fine too! I also bought some new kids ones, Micky, roadrunner etc and once again will not play!

Is there any logical reason why my car only plays peppa pig?!!!?

They are all R2 DVDs, all new originals.
