Because you want to hear a Diesel engine up front not a very sweet sounding supercharger!!!!

Ps I've got a tdv8 but I wish I could make it sound like a supercharger

there are only two worthy choices, a RRS S/C or a FFRR S/C - the second wins hands down, except on price. BUT, a 5.0L S/C would be even better

I've never really understood why a £50-£80k car, when new, attracts so many buyers wanting a diesel to get better MPG, unless they need it to tow. If you can afford the car, you should be able to afford the fuel. Seriously I would love one after doing the supercharged launch day at Gaydon some years ago but I could not live with the depreciation or fuel economy unless I did low mileage but then it would be a shame to have such a beast sat in the garage
