I know it's not RRS related - I'm looking for advice on a surgical procedure - Knee Osteotomy has any body had the process ? If so how long was the rehabilitation period & was it worth it. I suffer with Arthritis & have already had a arthroscopy of the knee but was in my honest opinion a waste of time. The problem I've got is general info is saying about 6 weeks with a cast - then up to 3 months assisted with crutches. To add to that due to my injury I've put a little weight on surely this will make the whole process harder. I'm having my pre op 3rd December - just trying to gauge a little info.

Peachy, sorry to hear of your predicament, I have a pal who is a surgeon but i don't think a tree surgeon will be much help to you on this occasion Good luck with the pre op though.
