ARC problem

Since I had my car, I've noticed a faint, strange noise from the NSF wheel, when cornering. It's was irrespective of speed, direction (but always from the NSF...) and resembled a 'whispering' noise. I thought that it was a pad catching on the disc or something similar. I called the local dealer to ask if I could get someone to come out with me for a drive: they just put me through to LR Assist.

The guy turned up an hour or so later, we went for a drive and of course in traffic or when the window is down, you couldn't hear it. But it was definitely there when the cabin was quiet.

It turned out to be the Automatic Roll Control system - when he pulled the fuse (so it handled like my old Discovery!), no noise. It looks like the system has some air in it.

Anyway, I called my local dealer (I didn't buy my car from them..now I remember why) who said they cannot look at it until the 4th April. Now going to another dealer......
