Removing HST side vents

I want to carbon wrap my chrome HST side vents with some carbon vinyl I have at work here, but removal isint as simple as normal vents as there isisnt anywhere to actually grip on the hst vents ?

Has anyone done this or can give me a how to ?

guess that's my next try, except the hst ones are rounded I dunno if im gonna be able to get something in there, I did try a knife wrapped in a cloth, but the spatula will be thinner

i tried this once, didn't work. Neither did wrapping the front grill. It just don't like the corners.

I looked into getting them dipped. They dip the part into carbon (or any pattern) film which floats on the surface of water, then pull it out and its 100% perfect - but not cheap.

In the end I bought original black ones off ebay - much easier, cheaper and quicker  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

Prefer RR Vouge S/C but they don't do Orange !

ive looked into getting sc vents but I really like the HST standard vents just not in chrome,

did you use a heat gun when trying to wrap them ?
