2 hours max, and I believe I did it even in less than 1,5 hours last week.

-jack car up, remove wheel, take centre cap of the rim and put wheel back.
-jack car down.
-now mark possition drive shaft nut and take of the drive shaft nut.
-jack car up and put on axle stands
-take wheel of and plastic gearbox protection.
-mark position of the allignment bolts with marker
-release bolt of lower suspension arm bolt, and jack up suspension arm, use hammer to release boltjoint from arm.
-lower jack
-remove shockabsorber bolt and the two already marked suspension arm bolts.
-now pull the wheel hub towards you while the driveshaft slides slightly out of the hub and you should be able to remove the complete suspension arm from the car.
-with the hub in current possition put the new arm back in put everything back in place.
