Out of interest then chaps. Do you also think the RRS's that are in the 50k region with a Khan or Overfinch bolt on....Are they also subject to devaluing the vehicle. Just wondering as there does seem to be a premium on these motors. |

I plan on going to see the guy about this today or tomorrow! what other things should i check? the thing that concerns me about the car is that he has stated that its got "Partial Service history". Thanks, Waldo Last edited by Waldoa93 on Wed Nov 06 2013 12:34pm. Edited 1 time in total |

You could get a nice TDV8 for that sort of money! 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

A partial service history is a "walk away now" issue, IMO. For the money he's asking for the modded TDV8, you can find nice clean, fully serviced examples with a Land Rover warranty. For example: http://www.usedvehicles.landrover.co.uk/search#/details/2210211 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |

When you read replacement engine is £9-12k and turbos £3k each you need FSH and a iron clad warranty - I would buy from a LR dealer with 12 months approved warranty every time Wanted a Series 2 LR since childhood but previously owned MY16 Disco Sport HSE TD4 Auto, MY13 RR Sport Black Edition TDV6 Auto, MY10 RR Sport HSE TDV6 Auto, 2007 Freelander 1 Freestyle TD4 Soft Top, 2009 Freelander 2 GS TD4 Auto, 2007 Freelander 2 GS TD4, 2004 Disco 2 Metropolis Auto, 2002 Disco 2 GS, 2000 Freelander 1 SE TD4 SW
