Hi all, I am thinking of changing the wheels on my sport and as it has a land Rover warranty I need to stick with genuine wheels so looking at the 20 inch 5 spoke design. As I understand it there is a "normal" silver alloy wheel and also a silver and grey wheel which I think is described as diamond turned ?

Thanks chaps, so if I went down the silver/grey route there are still options when they need refurbishing, that's good to know. I have two tyres that are only a week old and the other two which have 6-7mm on them so it would be wheels only and swap the tyres over. Thanks for the link JPR , I wonder if they will do a part ex on the old wheels if I am not buying tyres... may have to get on the blower MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

I have got the diamond turned alloys on my RRS and they look great, but cost a fair to refurb them if you want them re-cut. I have got a few kerb marks on mine ( not my fault btw ). I have been quoted £120 per wheel to get them refurbed.

Yes he will, as my tyres are brand new and just changing them over onto the 5 spoke alloys.

JPR did he budge on price? I rang this afternoon but although the ebay add gives the option of making an offer he wouldn't budge. Is it a fair price? a good price? MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

Of course - they are the Supercharged version 2012 - I am looking at either 22 Khans - or the 20 AB Polished.

Look good mate, don't think I have seen those before, I am right thinking there may be 6 or 7 choices in the 20" sport range? MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys

JPR his wheels look good and a lot of the ones on eBay are copies which I'm not interested in. He has offered a px deal against mine which makes everything straight forward and easy . There are more options in design than I realised so hoping for a few pictures to see how they look before I make a decision MY16 AUTOBIOGRAPHY Indus silver with some toys
