If you have been reading the posts regarding this you will know that people are loathe to post the information publicly or indeed send it by PM to anyone who just appears making a first post requesting information regarding a security that could prevent the theft of the rear lights. It's not inconceivable that someone who has been stealing these lights could come on here to find a work around to the security measure posing as a concerned owner. Not saying this is what you are doing mate.....Just pointing out why people are as careful as they can be to give the info to genuine owners and not would be thieves. 2010 RRS TDV6 3.0 Autobiography - Stornoway Grey 2006 RRS TDV6 2.7 HSE -Java Black 2008 BMW 3 Series 2.l 2006 BMW 5 series 2.l |

Unfortunately it would still be easy for a scumbag to post a few comments on here and appear a concerned owner to get the details he needs to remove the lights and never post again

I've got a suggestion for you Muddy, as they are so easy and quick to remove, take them with you everytime you leave your vehicle.

It seens as though the landrover spare wheel winch has been modified to stop the cable from being cut. It has taken around 8 years for this to happen. Maybe we will get a solution to light theft,in another 4 years Making it 8 years from the introduction of the LED's in the face lift 10MY. When the thefts started itisme |
