Well, maybe it can be done! I bought this Autobiography from a dealer last week. It was a showroom model. Originally I went in to finalise specs for a new D4, saw this , which wasn't for sale. However, apparently, they had a postponed/cancelled white RRS coming in, so they swapped it round and sold this instead at list with 22" wheels(extra cost) Chile with Ebony/ivory interior plus some Inchcape special paint protection (at extra cost though of £460...).
P/exed my 12 plate D4 HSE with 18k at £41.5k which meant a drop of £1.5k in 7 months and 7000 miles which seemed reasonable.
Collection next week!

My dealer has one for sale same colour. A/B for 77k

This cost marginally less, depends on the spec. But I thought esp with pano roof delays, residuals may be ok in the near future.

I'm now being told December build... should have been delivered last week...

Yes..think I know where you are coming from on this! I had a test drive at the weekend on a demo with 21" wheels which was fine, and I think the profile on the 22" is also 40 so hopefully it will be ok. Before the D4 I had a previous shape RRS tdv8 WITH 20" 40 profile tyres, but the ride was dire, so I changed to 45 profile which was better, but still way off D4/D3 comfort!
Anyway, with the new technology and improved suspension, plus being lighter, fingers crossed it will be fine!

Pretty much nothing me is going to stop me ordering those 22´s.... so at least if they feel a little bumpy it will be nice to know about it in advance and I don´t get any surprises

I´ve got to buy a set of 21´s as well for my winter tyres.... so I do have backup if I really can´t live with them......
