2008 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Alaska White

Really loud whistling noise.

When I put the suspension into 'Raised Height' 'off road' mode I can hear a really loud whistling noise from the front right side of the car.
Once the car is at max height the noise slowly go's away.....what could that be?
