United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 Autobiography Santorini Black
MPG first impressions

Well after three weeks or so i have done a few different kinds of driveing..Im about £400 lighter in the pocket and can say that around town im averaging 11mpg and on a recent drive (Nottingham to Aberdeen) i averaged 19.4 mpg. I wasnt driving either quickly or slowly but i spent most of my time in the right hand lane so i think this isnt too bad. Its kinda on par with my old SL55 so it wasnt the nightmare i expected. Gone but not forgotten, 2005 RRS SC first edition, BMW 2010 Z4,TVR Tamora, TVR Cerb, MERC SL 55 AMG, E46 M3, Z4, Jag S type R, Skyline R33 GTR 640 bhp, Evo FQ 400, L322 RR, X5, Lotus Esprit V8 twin turbo, Lotus Elise 135r, Nissan Murano, Honda S2000, 911, Boxster s...and a few more

It's pretty terrible consumption! In the dozy diesel I get 22 round town, 30 on a run. But diesel is more expensive and I only do 7000 miles a year. Back of the envelope calc... A s/c would cost me an extra £1500 (to £2000) a year in fuel.

I'm quite tempted to upgrade to a 5.0 now!! L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

Im offshore for 3 weeks then home for three weeks, so i dont mind the feul consumption for now. That would change if i had to drive ith 365 days a year Gone but not forgotten, 2005 RRS SC first edition, BMW 2010 Z4,TVR Tamora, TVR Cerb, MERC SL 55 AMG, E46 M3, Z4, Jag S type R, Skyline R33 GTR 640 bhp, Evo FQ 400, L322 RR, X5, Lotus Esprit V8 twin turbo, Lotus Elise 135r, Nissan Murano, Honda S2000, 911, Boxster s...and a few more

Though we all know about our cars mpg it's the Very Happy factor is why we have one. Also I ve been using shell nitro of late and maybe it's just me but I'm finding the car a bit more lively.
