Well, I have been an avid viewer/member for a few months now soaking up the vast amount of knowledge and expertise that this forum has and I thought it was about time I posted something (not something that I am used to doing on forums so apols to those that expect people to do so).

I recently placed my order and have just been told its going from the 'pool' to 'build' status so cannot wait for March/April to now come and upgrade from my beloved Evoque to its larger sibling. For those who care and would like to comment here is the spec:

My current Sport and the previous one were black with Pimento/Ebony interior. Great combination. 

Agreed, it sounds a great spec you have there. We're running a stealth diesel in SVO and it's getting great reviews and usage.

OK, I'll ask; what's a "stealth diesel"?  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Well, I have an approximate delivery date into the dealership - 20th March. This is a few weeks earlier than first thought.

Once they have completed the PDI they will be taking it down to Mike at GemClean where he will carry out his magic. I'm going for the same as Andman (New car advanced Gtechniq protection detail). A big thanks to Mike and the dealership for hooking this all up so that when I see her for the first time she will be fully detailed.

Now I have only 8 weeks to twiddle my fingers.......

Go and buy some C2V3 from Gtec as well....a quick spray after washing every month or so.. keeps the paintwork silky smooth.

So easy to apply and the beading is insane...

It does look like it has the darkened headlights but difficult to see if the accents are all satin black....

The wing mirror etc though looks like a carbon wrap...
