If it has full main dealer service history, then i would stick with a main dealer. But expect to pay quite a bit more for the service than from an indi. Its all down to personal choice really. Many people say why pay more just to get a main dealer stamp in the book. A good reputable indi will probably give you a far better deal. |

£500-£700 at a dealer depending on exactly what needs doing. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

Go to Stratstone but ask for the price with non genuine parts (LR parts in non LR boxes). Last service was similar price to Indies, plus they will valet car for you.

Knowing what goes on inside a Stratstone dealership, I can assure you, the aftermarket bits they use are not OEM. They come in a blue box, and sold by a company affectionately known as Sh*tpart |
