DRL advice please

Hi I have a 55 plate sport does anyone know if DRL can be activated in the ecu if so does anyone live in the Wigan area who has the equipment to do it and what would it cost thanks pete "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!
