Cam belt change

I have been told that seen as tho my tdv6 hse 64k has reached the its 7th birthday before 105k we are due the cam belt/tensioner,got a quote from Hatfields Liverpool £1200,then went to my Indie £600 is the the going rate ??? Shocked

Yes, cambelt is due at 105k miles or 7 years, whatever comes first Thumbs Up

If you are handy with the spanners, you can do the work yourself, and save £450 off your indy's quote Thumbs Up

Hi, I have just had mine changed with the other belts at the same time by FLACK (site sponsor). £500 all in. He did a great job, nice guy, very knowledgable. Heis mobile but not sure if he would charge you more to travel. He is based near Preston, Lancashire.
Definitely get it done though. 2014 RRS HSE, SVR body kit fitted.

That was to change all belts inc labour obviously. 2014 RRS HSE, SVR body kit fitted.
