England 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Nara Bronze
2 weeks to go but....

.....still no confirmation on an exact delivery date from dealer!

I would have thought that the dealer should recieve weekly build updates from the factory but obviously not.

Does anyone know how long a PDI takes? 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6
GONE TDV6 HSE RRS in Giverny green,Ebony interior, Side steps,Tints, PTI, Tow pack, mud flaps, Side strips and Dynamics pack.

You could potentially get your hands on it 7-10 days after it leaves the factory.... do you actually have a confirmed build date?

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

Simonsti, if your vehicle delivery date is for two weeks time I reckon it is already built.

Land Rover start their summer shutdown on Thursday of next week. So if your vehicle isn't off site before this you won't be getting it before the middle of August. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Should be at the dealers on Wed 26th but this is only going off the date originally given, therefore would hope to pick it up on Sat 29th so that i can run it in a bit before towing the caravan down to Cornwall the following Saturday. 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6

Simonsti I feel sorry for you if you are towing a caravan all the way down the M5 and into Cornwall. Honestly you have my sympathy.

I'm towing my caravan down to Spain on Thursday/Friday next week and I reckon that is an easier journey.

I've known people that have taken 10hours to get from Cornwall to the Midlands after their summer holiday, I can travel the length of France in that time. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Aha!
Fellow caravanners, eh?
I agree with TB. Getting back to the Midlands up the M5 (or any way, come to that) at this time of the year is a nightmare.
Getting down there isn't too bad if you set out about 4:00am.

Bob. RRS 4.2 S/C. Zermatt. Tints. Stormers. 150+ paint defects, wonkey bonnet, scratches, detached doorseal. suspension faults. To sum it up, a 60k pile of cr4p!

The only problem I have is that I forget the van is on the back!

When I pull away sharpish, it feels like it's going to rip the stabiliser off the van Smile RRS 4.2 S/C. Zermatt. Tints. Stormers. 150+ paint defects, wonkey bonnet, scratches, detached doorseal. suspension faults. To sum it up, a 60k pile of cr4p!

I haven't got seventeen kids, so I don't need to drive around in a Land Rover minibus. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

I was told mine was being delivered to them on wednesday March 1st and this was only confirmed on the monday prior... they then told me it would take 3 days to pdi and i could collect it on saturday 4th... i complained to the manager that i was promised March 1st and they then managed to pdi it on the wednesday morning, and i collected it during te afternoon... don't let them delay you any more, demand it gets pdi'd as soon as it arrives... we have to wait long enough!!!
