I would have thought you would have styed with the light coloured trim, especially as you live in a warm climate.
Mine is light, my friend has black leather, I can jump straight into min and drive off, this is not an option with his black trim, it's a case of doors open and wait 5 minutes

Another thought, do not think about fitting chrome door handles either, as these also get too hot to touch. Thumbs Up

Thanks SRE, for the chrome infos, i quit buying junk on ebay, most does not fit the range or i can't do it, so I am at the post shipping most back, done now...
I could wait 6 months or a year before to find a light set color...that was why, time is money....lol...
but black seat are less vulnerable than light seats....

for parking under the sun i do not like it, i try to restrain with the jag and it be the same with the range...i go underground parking or i do not park... Very Happy (car nuts) it won't change anything to the retail value etc,,but it is how it is...

thanks Chris1806 for your opinion. she is female cat very wild i feed her like 6 times a day and she still on the defensive , sometimes she attacks me etc...lol... tdv6s 2.7 2007

Sorry I can't advise you about the seats. I don't even have an RRS, I was just being nosey so I signed up to explore one of Martins other sites. Laughing

I have 2 cats, very friendly and loving. Maybe you will eventually gain her trust. Thumbs Up

I will keep watching this topic as i am interested to see the outcome. Maybe I will get an RRS one day. Wink

Scotland 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Would this be of any interest to you? I think you just remove the existing cover and replace it with the new one.

Hey Jags cheers, mines a 2.7 litre too, not sure if it's been remapped but it has got a K&N air filter and blanked EGR valves.

The headlights were done by a guy on eBay I sent them to him, he used to be on here also but hasn't been on for a long time now.

Mine came with the 22"s on, it doesn't struggle with power or speed tho,

Yeah my trim already had the black centre console to match, wud it not be easier for u to get a black console lid for a RRS?i shudnt imagine they be too expensive 2nd hand

My front seats fit fine no slackness

I never got the 2 back headrests aswel but I got my original headrests red double stitched to match the new front and centre rear headrest.

What is your new
trim out of Jagspete?

Kensta do you know which K & N filter we need for the Range please? tdv6s 2.7 2007

Do a search on here first, also the Disco 4 forum, prior to going down the new air filter route, you may change your mind

I will be worry this cover indeed took off after a while and myself, i am too bad at doing this to intend it, the cheapest console lid genuine i found so far is from Brit car UK. tdv6s 2.7 2007

Thanks a lot SRE , I am going to read it for sure and i feel more confident now with this new LR genuine filter I installed, I am happy with my car and it is well justice to respect it now, as it is trouble free since day 1, and my friend at Land Rover, Francisco in Valencia is outstanding in his attitude. I will trade it in a year and hopefully got a new one with same reliability. There is not many 2007 with 30 k miles.... tdv6s 2.7 2007
