Tasmod’s vs. LR Sill plates ??

What are the advantages of the Tasmod Sill plates versus the OEM ones in the LR Accessories catalogue ??

Other than supporting a fellow member of the forum, that is ??

Tasmods not only look million times better, but they protect the painted sill where as I don't think LR ones do.

Quite a few dealers have apparently commented on Tasmods saying how good they look! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award

The Tasmod's are fantastic and make the standard LR sills look like they were made by my 2-yr old. If you look in MDPs gallery, he has both fitted in his SC and you can see the difference.

The best thing about Tasmod's sills are that they actually have a rolled edge so they cover the entire sill rather than just the top edge of it. Look at MDP's pics and you'll see.

Buy them, it's the best accessory you can get.

The inner " Ranger Rover " plate is by LR

The outer " SUPERCHARGED " is from Rob = Tasmods sills

Nb. I originally had the outer LR sill as well - but swapped asap to the Tasmods as so much better.

I was quoted €316.00 + VAT for the genuine LR sill plates

So the Tasmod sill plates sure are great value.

I've found a mate with an eBay account, so just need to wait until more are available as I missed the end date of the last batch.
