The only way to run the cable is around the upper tailgate and then put a small hole in the rubber. It is a real fiddly job to get right as you also need to have the lower tailgate up at the same time (bit not too much) I use a piece of paracord to stop the upper tailgate going up too much.

Do u mean u ran the cable from top to bottom on the inside the upper tailgate and disguised it with duck tape? that sounds like a plan Java black 2006 |
