My RRS went to HGG for service, MoT and sorting out some niggles. James put me in contact with the aftersales people. They matched the price with another London dealer for the 4th year service (significant discount). Provided free collection & delivery with a courtesy car.

Service and MoT were completed on the first day but some stuff needed attention which they referred for extended warranty approval. Due to the total claim value, this required an engineer's inspection so the car had to stay at the garage for a few days longer than expected. They kept me informed of the status throughout this time, instead of me having to chase up.

The car had to go back after a few days as one of the warranty items was missed, probably because I was pushing really hard to get it back before the weekend on the first visit. It was again collected/delivered and courtesy car provided. All the issues have been sorted and the car feels 100%. On both occasions it came back spotless inside out (much cleaner than I keep it )

I found all the people I dealt with to be very professional. Really couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended
