Looking to get a RRS next year

Hi guys,

Great forum and finally I am in the home run to buy my first ever RRS. I will probably be getting one of these beasts this time next year and wanted to know your thoughts on depreciation.

What I am looking for next year will be the new shape 59 plate onwards. Currently a 59 3.0 HSE with 40k miles is anything from £31k+.

This time next year how much do your reckon a similar spec will cost with age and new RRS coming soon as well.

So basically... this time next year will I be able to pick it up for £25k?

Cheers

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

With the new model coming out later this year, prices will drop and working on the theory that at present cars are loosing £800 a month, you should get one for less than £25k 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Is that the rough calculation on a RRS that it's £800 a month depreciation? At what point does the depreciation slow down? Would it be at year 5-6?

It's what a 2009 sport is loosing if you look at Glasses or Parker's. I would hope it slows down but I didn't look at 2007-8 values. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
