Looked under the bonnet yesterday (for some random reason) and in back right hand corner, to the front of the black plastic, noticed rusting – to the degree the paint is flaked upwards. Is the battery back there? Anyone else have the same problem – suggest its checked out or maybe I am the only one with possible leaky battery

My mums Disco3 is only 6 months old and is rusting underneath and on the the rear wiper blades. It doesn't seem to have much in the way of underseal, is this normal? 2014 Nara Bronze SDV6

This isn't under vehicle it is in the engine bay - took pics tonight will upload tomorrow - does look like battery has caused this. Call to dealer me thinks... |

I have placed 2 pics in my gallery (wasn't sure how to list them here, need to work that one out...). The first pic is the battery box the second is of the front left hand corner of that box. Hope you're not affected but interested to know if anyone else has similar. |
