Recently facelifted my range rover sport, during the process had to relocate the the ACC box to the centre use the relocation bracket,
Since doing so, i have these random cruise control msgs on the dash " set cruise 27 mph"
"Cruise cancelled", "driver intervine"
The sport goes into cruise mode after accelerating over 10mph, but then auto switches of after reaching the speed set on dash, and thats without touching any cruise control buttons what so ever.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Stupid question - but I'll ask anyway Is the sensor behind the bumper & what bracket did you use to relocate the ACC ? 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

You need to recalibrate the ACC ecu after moving it, are you sure its level in both axis.

Hi Peachy, Yes its an OEM bracket which iv used during the conversion.

Thanks flack, will give this a go & see how it goes.
Quite scary driving it in this state, as the cruise control kicks in whenever it wants, & the dashboard becomes a xmas tree.

Not having much luck with this, havnt yet had the chance to recalibrate the cruise control system.
Was wondering if its possible to disable the ACC system? Without having other related issues as i dont ever use the cruise.

You can disable the ACC but in order to do this you will need to edit the CCF using a suitable editor programmer. I use the Nanocom Evolution for all updates and diagnostics.

Relocating the unit was your mistake the beam pattern on these is very specific and therefor can be problematic.
