2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black
Airbag Restraints Control Module RCM 2010 model

Just in case anyone is looking for this unit to remove it to get the crash data wiped......

This unit is located under the centre console towards the rear. Access involves removing the top covers from the console; unbolt the shift mechanism; undo all electrical connections within the console; unbolt and remove the black square base under the shift mechanism; move both front seats forward and disconnect the battery; remove the two torx bolts from behind the small vents either side of rear of console; remove two phillips self- tappers at front of console.

Console can now be raised at the rear. You could remove if you want but you don't need to. You will see the RCM unit poking out from under the carpet. You will need to cut the carpet in a straight line going forward for approx 4 inches. Watch for any wires! You will then have access to the three torx bolts holding the RCM unit. Undo the two electrical connectors to the RCM and then remove the three bolts.

Thats it done. As Haynes used to say, installation is in the reverse order (or something like that).
