Sony Ericsson W700i

Now I am one of the great unwashed, and handed back my (CRAP) Siemens S55 I bought myself a PAYG to tide me over to getting to YOU-KNOW-WHERE..... Rolling Eyes

£150 for Sony Ericsson W700i.....What a great piece of kit! The camera is a 2megapixel, but has the cybershot camera on the back. The pic quality is amazing and it also works as a camcorder too!

Really easy to use too.

Thoroughly recommend.....until I get my N80! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

How do all swap your phones so often? You just buy yourselves out of your contracts?

I've always had company phones so whilst I've never had to worry about bills and contracts, I've always been stuck with boggo phones.

Just bought a PAYG until I get a contract in thingymajig............ Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

I sometimes buy new off ebay .....

You will fund new out models being sold for a good price by students who are on a contract - upgrade to get the latest phone - and the sell immediately so as to pocket the cash and continue to use their existing phone for another year. I have bought a couple like this [ 6230i abd N70 ] I then sold them both on ebay - got most of my money back & upgraded my contract this time round to the N80.

If a really improved phone comes out later in the year .... who knows .. I may buy another..... sell the N80? etc etc

Prediction = Nokia with 4 megapixel camera - auto focus - optical zoom - wifi - stereo speakers - improved microsoft application compatibility for word/office etc etc.....

or how about a battery that recharges while u use it.. like a car one..

i have never got into this phone swapping this myself.. it seems to hard to get out of contracts etc, so i always wait round for the free upgrades, and replace my mediocre phone with another mediocre one.. have a k750i which has fallen to bits in 7 months.. don't think it will last the whole 12 months before change of handset..
I'm on 02, contract till nov, how do i play this then and get myself a newer better phone?
