Exhaust tips for RRS S/C to fit HST bumper

I've got a 55 plate RRS SC. I've recently bought an HST rear bumper to modernise the back end.

Any one have image/links to exhaust tips that will fit the current supercharged exhaust? Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black
