Don't know what to do...

Evening guys,

I'm not sure what to do and I am looking for advice.

I'm not sure if I should buy a current autobiography with a decent spec, and take finance for 3-4 years or wait and get a standard HSE in the new shape and take finance for 4-5 years??

Any advice would be great

Thanks Thumbs Up

I'd go new shape as once it comes out you might think the old one looks too dated and want rid of it Mr. Green

Its a difficult one - im thinking i wouldnt get a new sport as it lacks so much for the price and im not sold on it - but i get why at this point you might go new shape.

Personally i still think the old shape has something and ive seen the new shape (which is cool) but just lacks something (no not 4x4! Rolling with laughter ) Mike

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Cairns Blue

Was just looking at a new full fat sat on dealers forecourt. ( snuck round to see if my car is in workshop for start first thing Whistle) so as Sport is shrunk version of full fat, I won't be bothering. The predicted price ain't going to be that far apart either. 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

Well you should get a decent discount on the current model and I believe used prices will hold as the new model is so much more expensive. 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

2017 Discovery 3.0 HSE Silicon Silver Nimbus interior and a few extra toys SOLD

If you are so unsure, i would put a deposit down on the new sport, (which is refundable) wait till it comes out, have a test drive of it, then make your mind up. At least you will then have a place in the queue. Wink If you don't like it, put your deposit towards a current style A/B. Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Firenze Red

Same boat here, decided on current model Range Rover Sport Black Edition in firenze red.
My 11MY Sport was a vast improvement on the MY 08 Sport I traded in, but this MY13 is amazing.
I will wait until 2015 to change to the new model Sport, let them sort out the first prototypes first
The first Sports and Discovery 3s were dreadful and spent more time of the road I hope this wont be the case with the new Sports. SAME S**T DIFFERENT DAY

I bought a Black Edition as well. like you I am cautious about buying the first examples of a new model.
I am guessing that the 2 and 3rd year versions will be better than the early cars, not sure why but have a feeling that there will be some significant updates by then. Thumbs Up 2023 P440e SE Dynamic on order -cancelled

Anyone would be daft to buy a new sport now in my opinion. Or any car, 5 months before a new one lands.
