Yes belts need to be done at 7 years old so probably due, but shouldn't cost £2K more like £500.00 |

I'd be wanting to know the weight rating on those wheels as well, LR never produced that wheel in a 22 inch size, so chances are its a replica, and many replicas arnt upto the correct weight rating to be used on these cars Current: 06 RR Sport HSE TDV6, Bonatti grey, black leather. Also MisterAdam, how would i find out the weight ratio of the wheels if they are not landrover. Is it a case of the car weight say 2.5 ton, so alloy wheel rateing must be 2.5 ton. |

They should be rated 1/4 of 2.5 tonnes (unless you intend driving on one wheel) 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit |

Should be stamped in the back of the wheel, most likely caked in brake dust but usually discoverable with quick wipe. Some replica's are ok and strong enough, some arn't, the fact replica's are made on a budget would be enough to get me questioning and checking that they are safe, especially on a 2.5ton 20 grand car. I thought they were rated at a 1/3 of the weight of the vehicle to allow for one wheel being off the ground. I think as standard they are 850kg minimum rating (someone will doubtless be along soon to say otherwise). edit: my 20in supercharger alloys were marked as 900kg (see image in my gallery) 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders 2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed |
